Our organization is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to play a key role in supporting our country's HR function. This talented individual will contribute to strategic planning processes, incentive management, union relations, benefits administration and analytics initiatives.

Job Description:

  • Administer the incentive program for sales force, aligning with financial planning and budget provisions.
  • Partner with the LATAM Total Rewards team to plan, coordinate and implement salary structures, annual salary planning, short-term incentive programs, market benchmarking and job evaluations.
  • Manage benefits programs and their renewals.
  • Support budget planning exercises, prepare feasibility studies, salary change simulations and impact analyses.
  • Consolidate and report HR subsystem data to management.
  • Monitor and support union relations.
  • Be knowledgeable of payroll processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Administration, Finance or related areas.
  • Intermediate English (capable to handle a conversation).
  • Ability to negotiate at different hierarchical levels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing high volume of data and able to run simulations/provide conclusions based on outcomes.
  • Previous experience: employee benefits renewals & negotiation, Brazilian payroll experience, people budgeting planning exercises in a multinational organization.
