Brief Job Description:
The strategic HR partner will be a trusted consultant to the leadership team in all areas of HR, including organizational development, workforce planning, change management, complex employee relations, reward and recognition, talent management, and cultural transformation to achieve an optimal business culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and facilitating effective communication between employees and management.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee growth initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Evaluate compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the organization's health and safety team to ensure a safe working environment.
- Organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs, to foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or +8 years of relevant experience as an HR professional.
- Former experience as an HRBP for the Commercial area, leading and implementing Talent Management & Development strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
