Our ideal candidate for this role will be a skilled Building Information Modeling (BIM) professional who can effectively collaborate with project teams to develop and manage accurate BIM models.

  • Assist in the creation of BIM models under close supervision.
  • Accurately interpret markups and integrate them into BIM models.
  • Support the production of construction drawings, schedules, and quantity takeoffs from BIM models.
  • Stay up-to-date with architectural, structural, and MEP design principles within BIM workflows.
  • Collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.

The successful candidate should possess:

  • A general understanding of BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
  • A solid grasp of architectural, structural, and MEP design principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
