Linux Systems Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Linux systems support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and assistance to customers using our open-source products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Linux systems architecture, as well as experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote access
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Linux systems and applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Linux systems and technologies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive knowledge of Linux systems architecture and configuration
  • Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Familiarity with open-source technologies and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
