Linux System Administrator Role

Key to our IT infrastructure is a seasoned Linux System Administrator. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Linux systems, ensuring seamless operations and high-performance delivery.


Essential Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and manage Linux systems, including Debian and Rocky Linux distributions
  • Oversee server installation, equipment mounting, and data center management
  • Configure and support network devices, such as VLANs, NAT, IPsec VPNs on Cisco, Mikrotik, and SonicWall
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions like Grafana, Prometheus, and LibreNMS
  • Guarantee system security, availability, and performance
  • Contribute to infrastructure projects and provide troubleshooting support

Requirements:
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Linux System Administration
  • Strong networking knowledge, with expertise in VLANs, NAT, VPNs, and IPsec on Cisco, Mikrotik, and SonicWall devices
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with Apache and MySQL
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel abroad (Europe)
  • Fluency in English, essential for collaboration within an international team

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, Proxmox, Docker)
  • Knowledge of HA clusters, backups, and disaster recovery
  • Scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, Ansible)

This role demands strong expertise in networking, VPNs, and monitoring systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Linux systems, monitoring tools, and scripting languages.

The successful candidate will contribute to infrastructure projects, provide troubleshooting support, and ensure system security, availability, and performance.
