Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing local market distributors and retail channels, managing the local market, and conducting market analysis and intelligence collection.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with local market distributors and retail channels.
2. Manage the local market, preventing falsification and price disruption, and achieving performance targets.
3. Conduct market analysis and intelligence collection, and develop executable market development strategies and tactics.
4. Collaborate with all relevant departments to carry out local front-end market insights and provide a basis for back-end decisions.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 4 years of experience in Brazil market development, preferably with a sales background and resources related to consumer electronics, automotive accessories, solar panels, inverters, RV, mobile energy storage/home energy storage, outdoor camping, etc.
2. Strong market analysis, expansion skills, and good communication and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving skills, able to think independently and logically.
3. Fluent in spoken English and Portuguese, and able to use English and Portuguese as working languages.
4. Open-minded and teamwork, great skills in communication.
