Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing local market distributors and retail channels, ensuring a strong channel layout and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute local market development strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with local market distributors and retail channels.
  3. Conduct market analysis and intelligence to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve performance targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in market development, preferably in the consumer electronics or solar panel industry.
  • Strong market analysis and expansion skills, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in spoken English and Portuguese, with the ability to use both languages as working languages.
