Business Development Manager for Manufacturing Expansion in Brazil

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead their expansion in the Brazilian market. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to develop and execute sales strategies, drive business growth, and establish strong relationships with OEM customers and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Brazilian market, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
  • Travel extensively to visit customers and prospects, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop localization strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's products to the Brazilian market.
  • Work independently to deliver results, with a strong focus on self-organization and time management.
  • Collaborate with the HQ on business development initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Requirements:
  • Professional level English proficiency (German is a plus).
  • Experience in Business Development or Front Sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to understand and explain sophisticated technical products, with a strong focus on customer needs.
  • Self-structured and self-organized working style, with a high level of motivation and drive.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Technical understanding and ability to consult and convince customers, with a strong focus on solution-selling.
  • University Degree in Business, preferably with a focus in Sales or Engineering.
