Job Description

ADP is seeking a skilled data scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in formulating analytical problems, extracting and analyzing data from multiple systems, summarizing critical findings, and developing compelling visual representations of analyses with actionable recommendations.

The successful candidate will work in a geographically distributed team, developing processes and tools to analyze and proactively detect insights. They will code using machine learning tools like Python and AWS to synthesize millions of datasets into patterns that support and enhance the process.

To thrive in this career, the candidate needs to have some formal education in quantitative analytics and technical skills to leverage existing models or create new ones. The ever-increasing scale of our datasets means uncountable challenges ahead. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced English skills (able to interact daily with a distributed team)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Good working experience with an IDE and version control tools (Git + Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket)
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and methods used in data science
  • Experience with machine learning model development and deployment
