Job Overview

Cultivate outstanding candidates for long-term hiring needs and collaborate with cross-functional staffing teams.

As a Country Process Owner, you will serve as a process designer for hire-to-retire activities and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
  • Execute critical Human Resources requirements and ensure local compliance.
  • Optimize existing processes to enable operational efficiency and scalability that delivers extraordinary experiences.
  • Program manage strategic initiatives that deliver end-to-end HR processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Talent, HR Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management, change management, communication strategy, product design, or HR generalist work.
  • Experience in Spanish legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
