El Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Leader acompaña a nuestro equipo para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas y empresas a través de productos y servicios financieros tecnológicos.

Nuestro objetivo es construir el próximo Neobanco Global de Latinoamérica con un gran equipo de trabajo lleno de talentos que se desafían todos los días para crear las mejores ideas, romper los límites de lo imposible y tomar riesgos para lograr resultados.

Responsabilidades Clave
  • Procesos de reclutamiento y selección efectivos.
  • Realizar entrevistas por competencias con futuros socios de nuestra organización.
  • Entrega y negociación de cartas de ofertas a candidatos seleccionados.
  • Definir procedimientos y políticas de los procesos de reclutamiento.
  • Levantar perfiles con los Hiring Managers.
  • Definir criterios de búsqueda y publicación de vacantes.
  • Gestionar el funnel de candidatos mediante ATS.
  • Asesorar a los Hiring Managers en mejores prácticas de entrevistas.
  • Enviar reportes diarios y mensuales de captación de talento incluyendo cada etapa del funnel, sugiriendo y aplicando mejoras para aumentar tasas de conversión.
  • Seguimiento con distintos SHs de la evolución de los nuevos ingresos en nuestra organización.
  • Integrar tecnologías de inteligencia artificial en reclutamiento para maximizar eficiencia y resultados.
  • Buscar, seleccionar y medir herramientas para escalar la búsqueda de talento e integrarlas en el proceso.
Qué Buscamos
  • Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
  • +7 años de experiencia en reclutamiento.
  • +2 años de experiencia en Employer Branding.
  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y negociación.
Mejor Aún Si Cuentas Con
  • Excel intermedio.
  • Manejo de ATS (Greenhouse, TeamTailor, Lever).
  • Manejo avanzado de LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
