We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our Talent Delivery Team as an Administrative Specialist. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist the Talent Delivery Team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain Quality Control Standards: Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Implement Process Enhancements: Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze Workflows: Conduct regular reviews of processes to ensure they are aligned with business objectives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to promote a positive and productive work environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Alteryx, Google, and other firm-sponsored web-based technologies.
  • Confidentiality: Handle confidential data with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English: Possess an advanced level of English language proficiency.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year's relevant experience in a similar role.
