Expert Mobility Process Manager

The Global Mobility Service Manager will be responsible for the operational execution and compliance of global mobility processes. This includes process management, governance integration, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop efficient process maps to streamline end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes.
- Implement risk-based governance triggers into daily workflows and track regulatory changes to ensure compliance with home and host country visa immigration, tax, social security, and compensation benefits regulations.
- Prepare monthly compliance dashboards for leadership review and monitor assignment costs and compliance metrics to identify execution bottlenecks.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.
- GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials preferred.
- Process management and redesign.
- Governance integration and compliance monitoring.
- Reporting and dashboard maintenance.
- Stakeholder coordination and change management support.
- Vendor coordination and resource development.
We are seeking a skilled professional who can work independently with minimal supervision and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in process automation, governance integration, and compliance monitoring. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobility platforms is required. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is essential.
