Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager I, Operations to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
  • Develop schedules/timelines/cost plans that support business objectives and established resources.
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of project delivery processes.
  • Ensure timely completion and adherence to company Quality requirements.
  • Manage risks and issues effectively.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports related to the project.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and prepare updates for management.
  • Manage main project documentation from initiation through completion.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your project management skills in a challenging environment. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and meeting business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management-related roles.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree and at least one year of experience in the maritime and/or offshore industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to work as a member of a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with financial aspects of approved business plans and budgets.
