Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring project operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams towards achieving set goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute project operations, including onshore and offshore activities.
  • Lead and promote HSE policy within the operations team.
  • Conduct activities in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Identify required resources and personnel for project execution.
  • Review and optimize installation scenarios.
  • Prepare and optimize offshore planning.
  • Validate construction vessel plans and determine support boat requirements.
  • Validate main engineering technical guidelines impacting offshore execution.
  • Validate critical subcontractor choices for operation execution.
  • Identify critical engineering and package interfaces.
  • Manage marine and onshore logistics with support from relevant services.
  • Manage personnel logistics and rotations.
  • Control supply chain coherence and permanent equipment management.
  • Ensure project material list (PML) management.
  • Coordinate mobilization/demobilization operations.
  • Lead project interfaces with SAM, T-MOS, and VDTs.
  • Allocate operations resources/operations engineers to prepare laying and construction vessels.
  • Coordinated naval means monitoring activities.
  • Coordinate vessel assurance activities with TMOS and SAM fleet.
  • Site and Offshore Operations.
  • Ensure QHSES rules compliance during operations.
  • Plan onshore and offshore operations, including day-to-day planning and deviation management.
  • Coordinate manufacturing sites, spoolbase, and SIT site activities.
  • Review Process.
  • Owner of operations review process.
  • OMT review and validation of project execution plan, installation schedule, design, and installation risks.
  • Attend gate/peer review process, HIRA, HAZID, and provide resources.
  • Engage early with OMT and OCM for vessel utilization.
  • Risk mitigation plan preparation and implementation monitoring.
