Job Description

This is a key role in our support team, responsible for providing expert-level support to customers via multiple channels. The successful candidate will be the go-to expert for resolving advanced technical issues, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert-level support to customers via multiple channels, showcasing deep understanding of Graphisoft products.
  • Own escalated tickets from Tier 1 support, ensuring thorough investigation and resolution.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, keeping them informed every step of the way.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical expertise and experience with Graphisoft products (Archicad, BIMx, BIMcloud, or DDScad).
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • A BSc degree in architecture, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
