We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Tech Support Engineer, who will be responsible for identifying and resolving online issues for overseas users through proactive collection, investigation, and tracking of problems.
This individual will collaborate with local operations and customer service teams to provide fast and effective technical support for internal systems, enhancing system usability and availability.
The successful candidate will possess strong cross-functional coordination and process management skills, excellent communication and execution capabilities, high resilience under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility.
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive localization testing across all scenarios, including functionality, UI/UX interactions, environmental compatibility, and content/copy validation, ensuring product delivery quality.
To succeed in this position, you should have a bachelor's degree or above in any discipline, with a background in technical support, QA/testing, test development, pre-sales/post-sales, or overseas business.
You must be proficient in Chinese, English, and Portuguese, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage in face-to-face interactions.
A strong understanding of Latin American markets, including payment systems and regulatory compliance, is highly desirable. Experience in customer service coordination or user operations is also preferred.
