Job Description
We are seeking dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems & Digital team in Sao Paulo. Your expertise will help us face client challenges.
Main Responsibilities- Work with business stakeholders and technical leads in developing product roadmap and product structure strategy.
- Lead and/or mentor less experienced UX professionals.
- Conduct end-user research to understand business and user experience needs.
- Leverage outcomes to make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with other UX professionals to keep our discipline practices on the leading edge of the industry, building up standards, best practices, style guides, and related design standards.
- Develop data-driven UX/UI improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a UX/UI Designer role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Portuguese.
