We are seeking a motivated and experienced team lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
About the RoleThe team lead will be responsible for:
- Managing each shift and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Completing all daily paperwork, including inventory reports and staff schedules.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant.
- Ensuring that all staff are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Representing the company with professionalism at all times.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food industry.
