Job Responsibilities
  • Provide essential administrative support, including data handling, organizing onboarding & training initiatives.
  • Assist the International Talent & Culture Director in various tasks.
  • Support effective internal communication across the organization to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Be actively involved in fostering a dynamic and inclusive company culture. Take part in organizing events, promoting team bonding, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Your ability to connect with coworkers is the cornerstone of your success.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills: Your proficiency in managing diverse tasks and organizing People Ops processes ensures the smooth flow of operations.
