Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is a leading provider of home-based care services, seeking to hire experienced Physical Therapists (PTs) who can make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients.
As a Physical Therapist in our organization, you will be responsible for examining and treating patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. Your primary goal will be to assist individuals who are physically challenged to improve their mobility and function, enabling them to maintain independence in daily living.
Our Physical Therapy team utilizes specialized programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and Total Shoulder Replacement Program, to provide comprehensive treatment to our patients.
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized therapy plans to meet their needs.
- Conduct physical examinations and evaluate patients' movement patterns, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as heat or cold therapy.
- Clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in current therapy practice
- Possession of a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
