We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI dashboards and reports according to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Scalable Solutions: Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business needs.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Power BI solutions.
- Data Modeling and DAX Scripting: Perform data modeling, data transformation, and DAX scripting for complex calculations.
- Ensure Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance optimization of Power BI solutions.
- Integrate Multiple Data Sources: Work with SQL databases, ETL processes, and other data sources to integrate and transform data.
- Maintain Data Security: Maintain data security, governance, and compliance within BI solutions.
- Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to business users.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven Experience as a Power BI Developer: Have proven experience as a Power BI Developer (3+ years preferred).
- Strong Expertise in Power BI Desktop and Service: Possess strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
- Solid Understanding of Data Modeling and ETL Processes: Have a solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
- Proficiency in SQL and Querying Large Datasets: Be proficient in SQL and querying large datasets.
- Experience Integrating Power BI with Multiple Data Sources: Have experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources (Excel, SQL Server, Azure, APIs, etc.).
- Strong Problem-Solving, Communication, and Presentation Skills: Possess strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and DevOps Practices: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
