About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Manager to join our Retail team in Brazil. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals
  • Evaluate the retail landscape and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing initiatives
  • Audit pricing initiatives to ensure competitiveness
  • Develop and report on key pricing metrics
  • Drive and launch pricing initiatives to completion and success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Relevant years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • Experience with program or project management experience
  • Managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality
