Senior Product Strategist for Brazilian Market Expansion

**What You'll Do**: As a dynamic Principal Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product and growth strategy in Brazil. You will work closely with our team to ensure our product offerings meet customer needs, while effectively driving adoption and revenue growth. This includes engaging directly with customers to validate solutions and market needs, working with stakeholders to define a multi-year strategy, and leading efforts to build the roadmap, vision, and priorities for supporting Docusign customers in Brazil.

**Responsibilities**:

  • Conduct detailed market research to understand local customer behaviors, preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Adapt product strategies to fit the nuances of the Brazilian market
  • Gather continuous feedback from local customers, prospects, and partner ecosystem to influence product iterations and GTM strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the product design and development teams to prioritize features and improvements that address market-specific needs while aligning with the overall product roadmap
  • Develop comprehensive GTM strategies, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and distribution channels
  • Define key success metrics and regularly track and analyze performance to optimize strategies and achieve growth targets

**Requirements**:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a business or technology related area of study
  • 15+ years in product management or strategy roles with a Bachelor's degree or 12+ years in product management or strategy roles with a Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of SaaS products and digital technology services within the Brazilian market
  • Experience building and gaining consensus of cases for new product capabilities or innovations
  • Experience successfully launching and scaling products in international markets while working in matrixed global organizations

**Salary Estimate**: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
