School Based Therapist
Job OverviewSchool-based therapists play a vital role in supporting students with their emotional and mental well-being. As a school-based therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with students, families, and staff to provide a safe and supportive environment for all individuals involved.
Main Responsibilities- Provide billable services within the school setting, including counseling services, collateral contacts, and administrative work.
- Meet regularly with assigned supervisor to review current caseload and progress.
- Attend team meetings and professional development opportunities as assigned.
- Complete clinical documentation in a professional manner and within established program expectations and time frames.
- Master's degree in a counseling or related human services discipline.
- Mature and dependable person with sound judgment and serve as an appropriate role model to youth and families.
