Drive Release Operations

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee global release trains, coordinate app submissions, manage timelines, and ensure seamless product launches at scale.

The ideal candidate is a proven Release Manager with experience in large-scale, distributed environments. They will partner with engineering, QA, operations, and product teams to improve workflows, set best practices, and deliver high-quality releases that meet business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage release coordination, scheduling, and app submissions across multiplatform systems.
  • Oversee end-to-end release processes, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of updates and features.
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve Release Engineering pipelines, enabling automation, traceability, and reporting.
  • Drive improvements in branching strategy, semantic versioning, dependency management, and sprint planning.
  • Manage global release planning, coordinating across product, QA, backend, and frontend teams.
  • Lead large-scale product launches through CI/CD workflows and QA automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure releases meet business goals and compliance requirements.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

Experience:

7–10 years in Release Management & Technical Program Management.

 

Skills:

Proven experience with app store submissions (Apple App Store, Google Play).

Strong background in Agile frameworks.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows, QA automation, and release pipelines.

Expertise in branching strategies, semantic versioning, and release tracking.

Skilled in working with JIRA and other release tracking tools.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Experience in media, streaming, or technology industries.

Familiarity with CTV platforms (Roku, Fire TV).

Strong change management and process improvement skills.
