Lead Finance Operations

The position of Lead Finance Operations oversees all finance functions: accounting, tax, financial planning and cost management. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and complete financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and local regulations.

  • Manage the monthly closing process to provide local and US GAAP financial statements.
  • Responsible for statutory and US GAAP financial reporting, providing financial data to support business and corporate decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting practices, procedures and controls as per internal control requirements and local statutory policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage partner law firms and review contracts.
  2. Coordinate with external auditors for certification of local financial statements and financial reporting processes.
  3. Oversee the budgeting process, working closely with function managers to ensure income and expenditures remain within targets.
