Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers. This includes resolving installation, setup, operation, and maintenance issues related to energy storage systems.

You will also communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and address concerns. Additionally, you will conduct on-site product installations, ensuring accurate and efficient completion while adhering to safety guidelines.

Furthermore, you will develop training materials and user guides to educate customers and internal stakeholders on the usage of energy storage products.

Finally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, along with technical experience in energy storage systems.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in technical service roles related to energy storage or renewable energy.

They should also possess effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Furthermore, candidates should have strong customer focus, technical expertise, and adaptability.

Lastly, they should be fluent in English and Portuguese languages.
