Business Development Specialist Role Overview

This innovative solution provides a new way for the construction industry to power its growth while reducing emissions and providing data transparency.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, thorough, and enthusiastic about being part of a game-changing product launch. They will work with autonomy, communicate effectively in English and Arabic, and have a strong interest in the green energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication, market research, and needs assessment.
  • Sell: Collaborate with the team lead to execute sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage Pipelines: Establish, maintain, and nurture sales pipelines through direct and indirect channels, ensuring accurate progression on the sales cycle.
  • Own Sales Process: Perform routine sales activities, including pre-sales consultation, client quotations, and negotiation.
  • Partner with Distributors: Collaborate closely with distributors to forecast demand, plan market requirements, and train sales personnel.
  • Support Sales Operations: Assist with site visits, authority submissions, and ensuring products are ready for delivery based on committed timelines.
Requirements
  • Educated: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Experienced: At least 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in renewable or diesel power industries.
  • Multilingual: Good command of written and spoken English and native Arabic.
  • Passionate: Strong interest in the green energy industry.
  • Communicator: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Learns Quickly: Strong ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them simply to customers.
  • Salesperson: Effective consultative selling skills, customer focus, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good PC Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
  • Hardworking and Self-Motivated: Keen to learn, willing to accept new challenges, and a positive attitude is essential.
