Crm Strategy Senior Manager

iHunters is partnering with a global leader in the gaming industry.

This senior manager position will be responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of the CRM strategy for multiple channels. The focus will be on creating high engagement and driving upwards the number of active players, retention, reactivation, and cross-sell objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive data-driven CRM strategy taking into account local compliance, market conditions, and competition.
  • Take ownership of the CRM plan.
  • Plan and develop targeted campaigns using relevant customer channels.
  • Liaise with the CRM Strategy Team to fine-tune automated lifecycle journeys.
  • Ensure campaign execution and delivery are completed as planned.
  • Analyze historical revenue performance and forecast future program performance.
  • Identify customer touchpoints and implement the right actions.
  • Keep abreast of advertising standards and consumer protection laws.
  • Follow and report on competitor activity.

Requirements:

Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or marketing, preferably in a technology company.

  • Proven track record of developing a campaign strategy based on an understanding of customer needs.
  • Well-versed in extracting customer insight from data.
  • Great organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Solid experience in implementing complex multi-channel campaigns.
  • Professional experience in operating CRM tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
