Welcome to an exciting opportunity as a Legal Trainee in our regional offices in São Paulo.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational and planning skills to join our Legal team. As a Legal Trainee, you will have the chance to work closely with the Legal Director LatAm and the Contracts Associate, supporting the Department's activities and projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring the contract lifecycle, managing the contract system, and validating clauses and comments from internal departments and suppliers.

You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts and other documents in collaboration with other business areas, guiding them on procedures and policies.

Additionally, you will assist with the department's administrative routines, including managing payments to external suppliers, filing, and managing the contract repository.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees throughout the company.

You should also have strong persuasive skills and sound business judgment, with the ability to prioritize issues and allocate resources efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a solid academic background in Law, with fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish.
