As our Legal Counsel, you'll connect legal strategy to business priorities, enabling teams and leadership to make safe, sustainable, and smart decisions. You'll play a key role in regulatory risk counseling, in managing strategic contracts, and in monitoring regulatory agendas that shape the healthcare sector in Brazil.

Responsibilities
  • Product/Business Counseling
  • Support Sales, CS, Marketing, Product Offering and Product teams on legal and regulatory aspects of Alice's services, balancing legal objectives and risk mitigation.
  • Advise leadership in business decision-making through deep technical analysis.
  • Support the definition of characteristics and attributes of Alice's health plan portfolio. Draft and review client- and lead-facing materials (sales pitches, promotion regulations, institutional documents).
  • Ensure regulatory clarity for squads through training and explanatory materials.
  • Lead the operation of client contracts, optimizing workflows for a seamless and scalable journey.
  • Conduct negotiations of contracts with mid- to large-accounts.
  • Monitor regulatory agendas (ANS, Ministry of Health, Anvisa, and other bodies), anticipating risks and opportunities for Alice.
What we look for
  • Law degree with 5+ years of experience
  • Active license to practice law (OAB)
  • Advanced English
  • Background in contracts (negotiation, drafting, management)
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus
  • Strong articulation: able to raise and discuss relevant matters with leadership, clearly presenting arguments while remaining open to other perspectives
  • Simplification: ability to translate complex problems into practical and accessible solutions
  • Proactivity: contribute actively with solutions
  • Sustainable and scalable mindset: create mechanisms that ensure continuity and autonomy of operations without centralization
