We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Business Partner to support our legal team in managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the legal team in overseeing operations, including demand intake, workload prioritization, SLA drafting, and KPI monitoring.
- Prepare, review, and monitor extrajudicial claims, notices, and formal letters, ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation.
- Conduct legal analysis, review, and negotiation of infrastructure contracts, focusing on supply agreements for renewable energy projects.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure legal alignment with business objectives.
- Assist the legal team in compliance matters, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Mentor junior lawyers and staff, promoting professional development.
