Lead Creative Visionary

We're seeking an experienced Lead Creative Visionary with a strong focus on Generative AI to spearhead a globally distributed team of creatives. Your expertise will elevate our creative capabilities and integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into our design processes.

As the ideal candidate, you'll have 7+ years in creative leadership, preferably in global agencies or fast-paced in-house teams. A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and ad creative, with evidence of AI-enhanced work is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the creative vision for key accounts
  • Guide conceptual direction and ensure alignment with customer goals
  • Lead customer calls and creative presentations
  • Champion creative quality through direction, feedback, and refinement
  • Provide strong, actionable direction to creative teams
  • Collaborate with Creative Project Managers to ensure alignment between vision, scope, and resources
  • Mentor and inspire talent, raising the bar across projects
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and creative technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
