Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Management Analytics: Oversee revenue management analytic functions to produce reporting that supports and evaluates hotel business strategies, ensuring optimal revenue growth.
  • Forecasting and Goal-Setting: Develop accurate forecasts to help set hotel goals and outperform the competition.
  • Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales, events, and marketing teams to develop targeted initiatives that meet the needs of the hotel and drive revenue growth.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years' work experience as a Revenue Specialist in the hotel industry.

  • Strong organization and analytical skills.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
