You will be working with a team of experts who have over 60 years of combined experience in the real estate industry. Your role will be to manage client relationships, sell real estate investments to local and international clients, and work closely with the team to exceed client expectations.

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for originating sales opportunities, networking with prospective clients and centers of influence, and promoting the company's value proposition to your local community.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Originate sales opportunities through direct client outreach and targeted leads.">
  • Network with prospective clients and centers of influence in your designated geographic region.">
  • Work directly with the leadership team to introduce, promote, and educate your local community about the company's value proposition.">
  • Develop and manage existing client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communication.">
  • Actively participate in the development of new business and networking opportunities.">
  • Collaborate with the firm's portfolio management team to incorporate clients' investment strategies with their planning objectives.">
  • Participate in local and international events.">
  • Contribute to marketing content creation led by the marketing team.">

Requirements for this role include:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of full-sales cycle experience.">
  • 3+ years of full-sales cycle experience within real estate, investment banking, or FinTech.">
  • Native Spanish speaker and near-fluent English speaker.">
  • Must demonstrate a commitment to extraordinary client service through professional excellence, high aesthetic standards, and effective resource utilization.">
  • A self-motivated, highly driven, and entrepreneurial personality.">
  • Proven ability to network with prospective clients and centers of influence.">
  • Active listening and critical thinking skills.">
