Seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to lead our human resources function in Brazil. As a strategic partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's culture and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement local personnel and organizational policies to foster efficient structures and desired working climates.
- Manage departments under your responsibility, provide guidance and instructions to subordinates, and oversee the correct execution of personnel and payroll administration for blue- and white-collar employees.
- Coordinate activities related to job classification, job descriptions, salary increases, and recruitment and selection processes.
- Prepare and submit the annual personnel cost budget, draft HR reports, and make analyses and recommendations.
- Inform employees about HR-related issues, prepare annual performance reviews, and keep company regulations up-to-date.
- Approve invoices from employment agencies, suppliers, and others, and be responsible for SOX (HR/PAYROLL).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Personal integrity, professional expertise, knowledge of the business, social skills, ability to influence, management of change, and work experience (+7 years) in senior HR functions preferably in an international industrial environment.
- Communicative at all levels in the organization in Brazilian/English, practical, politics, leadership skills, organizational skills, and mediating skills.
