Senior Software Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Lead to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our technology center, you will be responsible for leading local development teams and driving the development of improvements to our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Your expertise in Delphi and Oracle PL/SQL will enable you to make significant technical decisions and drive the success of our global units.


Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Lead local development teams and ensure the quality of their work.
  • Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings to drive project success.
  • Assign and deliver development tasks defined during sprint planning.
  • Estimate complexity and workload to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Select the most appropriate technical solutions to meet user requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience as a Tech Lead or Technical Leader, managing development teams locally.
  • Solid experience in developing solutions using Embarcadero Delphi 2006 or newer.
  • Strong skills in Oracle PL/SQL for server-side development.
