Organization Development Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Development Consultant to join our team. As an expert in organizational design, change management, culture interventions, and team effectiveness, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing individual and organizational capabilities.
    • Diagnose and propose innovative solutions to address complex organizational challenges.
    • Design and deliver comprehensive organizational development programs that foster a competitive advantage.
    • Coach and train managers on effective leadership and team skills to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
    • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most critical matters to senior staff.
  • Requirements:
    • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
    • Proven expertise in Systems Thinking, Analytical/Assessment skills, Consulting skills, and Executive presence.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
    • Strong client relationships and influence key stakeholders.
    • Experience working on project-based, client-servicing consulting projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Human Resources Certificate.
  • Certification in approved methodologies for change management or design.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
