We are seeking a skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining the use of technology to support business outcomes and optimize work processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a culture that enables digital dexterity to support productive use of technology.">
  • Build partnerships among key stakeholders to understand business needs.">
  • Work closely with team members in Talent & Culture to measure team member experience and ensure effective communication.">
  • Ensure adequate IT policies and procedures for the organization.">
  • Manage all IT operations staff and vendors, providing leadership and coaching to ensure departmental success.">
  • Create and own the technology budget, making strategic recommendations for IT infrastructure and capabilities.">
  • Ensure all systems, networks, and infrastructure remain operational through preventative maintenance and support.">
  • Identify emerging technologies and opportunities to innovate through new systems and tools.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Demonstrated success partnering with stakeholders to identify and support technology needs that further business outcomes.">
  • Strong leadership abilities in addition to technical knowledge across hardware, software, networks, and security.">
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.">
  • Results-oriented mindset with the drive to deliver exceptional support.">
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts to business leaders and business concepts to technologists.">
  • Experience working on a geographically distributed team supporting multiple countries.">
