We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Product Engineering Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards throughout the entire product lifecycle, effectively coordinating engineering time.
  • Leverage design, certification, configuration control, modification, and improvement activities for complex products, integrating various disciplines and fostering collaboration among teams.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and specialists, promoting synergy between departments and meeting technical objectives and deadlines.
  • Define, monitor, and track deadlines, schedules, key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliverables for product engineering, utilizing project management methodologies and market best practices in product development.
  • Promote integration and efficient communication by serving as an interface between product engineering, process engineering, quality, procurement, and other corporate areas.
  • Evaluate and implement robust technical solutions, ensuring the application of project management methodologies and market best practices in product development.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in project and engineering team efficiency in the naval sector or in complex product industries.
  • Solid knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM/PDM), configuration control, and technical documentation is essential.
  • Able to analyze risks, propose project improvements, and implement effective technical solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, focus on results, and ability to negotiate technically with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory for reading standards and communicating internationally.
