Bunge is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Standards & Frameworks Lead to join our Enterprise Architecture team within the Business Technology (BT) organization. This role involves collaborating with a global team on impactful projects that enhance our core business operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance Quality Assurance processes through innovative redesigns and optimizations.
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and Quality Engineers, guiding technical quality initiatives across the organization.
  • Promote a culture of quality and excellence by empowering employees to take ownership of quality standards.
  • Develop and communicate global QA standards, ensuring best practices are implemented across all functions.
  • Utilize agile methodologies and planning tools to enhance quality engineering workflows.
  • Analyze and publish quality metrics to communicate release quality and project status.
  • Oversee test activities for software applications, Microservices, and APIs.
  • Mentor and coach quality engineers, facilitating effective collaboration with project teams.
  • Coordinate with technical professionals to ensure adherence to Bunge's quality principles.
  • Drive global impact across all Bunge Software QA functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a degree in computer science is preferred.
  • 8+ years in Technology and Quality Engineering, with at least 6 years in leading quality improvement and automation projects.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Junit, and Cucumber.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and the differences between SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
  • Proven track record in establishing quality standards and leading initiatives in complex environments.
  • Expertise in software testing methods and automation technologies.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
