Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to enhance Quality Assurance processes through innovative redesigns and optimizations.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and Quality Engineers, utilizing their expertise to influence company-wide quality initiatives.
- Foster a culture of quality and excellence by empowering employees to take ownership of quality standards.
- Develop and communicate global QA standards across all functions, including Agile/DevOps.
- Analyze and publish quality metrics to provide insights into release quality and status updates.
- Oversee test activities for software applications, Microservices, and APIs.
- Mentor and guide quality engineers in effective collaboration with project teams.
- Coordinate with technical professionals to ensure adherence to Bunge's quality principles.
- Contribute to the automation efforts, influencing priorities and schedules.
- Maintain QA documentation and knowledge base for all Bunge QA professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science.
- 8+ years in Technology and Quality Engineering, with at least 6 years in leading quality improvement and automation projects.
- Proficient in English for technical discussions and presentations; knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Junit, Cucumber, and others.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and changes between SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
- Demonstrated ability to develop quality strategies and ensure total quality throughout program execution.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex tasks in a dynamic environment.
