Project Cost Manager Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of critical projects. This includes monitoring financial processes through performance indicators, maintaining control over costs and payments made, and ensuring the safekeeping of financial documents.

  • Ensure the full execution of procedures to safeguard financial documents.

Key Responsibilities:

You will also be responsible for ensuring the follow-up of financial results of company product lines via projection and calculation of indicators such as revenue, EBIT, cost per hour, inventory, among other indexes. You will also ensure the correct calculation of costs and gross margin (GM) of projects, providing necessary information for decision-making.

Additional Responsibilities:

You will also be responsible for ensuring monthly projection of revenue forecasts, costs, and main accounts of the company's balance sheet, comparing forecasts with actuals. Additionally, you will ensure an adequate level of control of portfolio projects to avoid discrepancies between budgeted and realized values. You will also provide updated information on cash flow, invoicing, advances, and royalties of contracts in progress.
