Performance Improvement Director

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving performance improvement for healthcare organizations. As a director, you will collaborate with a team of highly qualified professionals to deliver exceptional results. The Performance Improvement Director must provide strategic leadership by driving engagement outcomes, managing client relationships, and overseeing the development of deliverables and solutions. This includes managing project logistics and economics, mitigating risks and issues, and supporting business growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data analysis initiatives, interpret findings, and present insights to stakeholders using effective communication methods. Ensure quality assurance on project deliverables.
  • Determine client needs through collaborative interviews and analytical tools. Develop accurate conclusions from findings and present recommendations for team review.
  • Execute project plans aligned with engagement statements and meet client expectations.
  • Guide teams in developing presentations and deliverables for client audiences.
  • Generate revenue by leading engagements in project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 7 or more years of experience in finance, operations, or decision support analytics.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and improving client outcomes.
  • Qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills.

Benefits:
