Rotisserie Supervisor Job

We are looking for a skilled rotisserie supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and presentation of our roasted meats and prepared dishes.

  • Lead a team of rotisserie staff, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory levels, controlling stock replenishment and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and handling protocols.
  • Monitor customer service, supporting your team and providing timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise the rotisserie team, guaranteeing the preparation and presentation of products according to company standards.
  2. Control the inventory of inputs, monitoring the replacement of products and preventing waste, besides ensuring the proper storage of foods.
  3. Ensure that hygiene, food safety, and good practices in the manipulation of foods are rigorously followed.
  4. Follow up on customer service, offering support to the team and guaranteeing that orders are attended promptly and efficiently.
  5. Promote continuous training and development of the team, stimulating the improvement of skills and the growth of employees.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Completed secondary education;
  • Knowledge of the Office package;
  • Experience with people management and in the area of operation.
