This is a leadership position in the HR department, responsible for developing and executing the organization's HR strategy in Brazil. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with business objectives and LATAM HR guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing policies, fostering organizational culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws and EHS regulations.
Key Responsibilities:Talent & Development:- Oversee performance management, succession planning, development plans, and career path modeling.
- Deploy and analyze engagement surveys and support action plans.
- Manage payroll, contracts, terminations, vacations, and HR KPIs.
- Oversee shared services delivery to sales and operations.
- Lead HR integration and cultural alignment in M&A or transformation contexts.
- Set goals, monitor team performance, coach, and provide feedback.
- Manage HR & EHS budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Specialization in HR or Psychology preferred.
- 6–8 years in HR leadership roles.

- Fluency in English and Spanish desirable
- Managing HR projects and budgets
- Collective bargaining and labor conflict resolution
