We are seeking an accomplished Senior HR professional to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative human resources strategies. This role plays a critical part in shaping the future of our organization by driving culture transformation, leadership coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.
About the Role:
A strategic Senior HR Leader will be responsible for leading organizational change efforts through talent management, succession planning, and performance enhancement. This position requires exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills to achieve business objectives and support employees throughout their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, processes, and cultural alignment programs that meet business needs.
- Lead performance management, succession planning, development plans, and career path modeling initiatives.
- Coach senior leaders on talent ownership and cultural development, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across departments.
- Manage and analyze employee engagement surveys, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Promote a feedback-rich culture, recognition, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage payroll, contracts, terminations, vacations, and HR key performance indicators.
- Oversee shared services delivery to sales and operations teams, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes for effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Lead HR integration and cultural alignment in mergers and acquisitions or transformation contexts.
- Set goals, monitor team performance, coach, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance, manage EHS systems, audits, and campaigns to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Specialization in HR or Psychology preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 68 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Talent management, training, and development Payroll, compensation, and HR operations Labor legislation and union negotiation EHS regulations and compliance Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish desirable
