About This Job

This role oversees the development and execution of HR strategies to align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include implementing policies, fostering organizational culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll, contracts, terminations, vacations, and HR KPIs. Also, manage EHS systems, audits, and campaigns promoting workplace safety, well-being, and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Talent & Development:

Manage performance management, succession planning, development plans, and career path modeling. Coach leadership on talent ownership and cultural development.

  • Employee Engagement:

Oversee engagement surveys, support action plans, promote feedback culture, recognition, communication, and inclusion initiatives.

  • HR Operations & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage union/labor relations, manage shared services delivery to sales and operations, improve HR processes for efficiency and satisfaction.

  • Change Management:

Lead HR integration and cultural alignment in M&A or transformation contexts.

  • Leadership & Team Management:

Set goals, monitor team performance, coach, provide feedback, ensure legal compliance.

Requirements
  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Specialization in HR or Psychology preferred.

  • Experience:

6-8 years in HR leadership roles.

  • Technical Knowledge:

Talent management, training, and development, Payroll, compensation, and HR operations, Labor legislation and union negotiation, EHS regulations and compliance.

Fluency in English and Spanish desirable.
