Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing policies, fostering a positive organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations.

This role involves overseeing performance management, succession planning, development plans, and career path modeling. Additionally, the candidate will coach leadership on talent ownership and cultural development.

The HR Manager will also deploy and analyze engagement surveys, support action plans, promote feedback culture, recognition, communication, and inclusion initiatives.

Maintenance of payroll, contracts, terminations, vacations, and HR key performance indicators (KPIs) is also essential in this role.

Furthermore, the candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, manage union/labor relations, oversee shared services delivery to sales and operations, continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and satisfaction.

In addition to these responsibilities, the HR Manager will lead HR integration and cultural alignment in M&A or transformation contexts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Specialization in HR or Psychology preferred.
  • Minimum 68 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
